Staff were very welcoming and accommodating despite having to deal with hundreds of stranded passengers. Excellent service from front desk and the restaurant staff particularly.

Not worth the price. The mattress was hard, room had no decor, areas outside to the main lobby looked low budget and had stains on the hallway carpeting. They charge extra for everything (airport shuttle, borrowing an adapter, etc) The one good thing is the staff who were all professional and nice, even on a day with lots of unexpected guest due to weather cancelling flights.
