A short 20 minutes from Schiphol airport, the shuttle bus is free from the airport and 6€ each to the airport, well worth the cost, excellent room, well appointed, great shower after a trip. Plenty of car spaces.

The trip from the airport to the hotel was free but 6 or 8 dollars to go back. It is also out in middle nowhere in a hotel complex so options are leaving our greatly reduced period

Definitely a remote location with no easy transport options. You can pay 6 Euros per PERSON for a shuttle to train station or airport. Breakfast was 22 Euros each, so we skipped it. They did store our bags before we checked in and that was a good value, but it costs $$ to get out there. The pillows are awful. I'm not sure how that happened. Other details are pretty nice, including a kettle. Decor is a nice color scheme, it's tasteful. The staff varied from very helpful and kind to pretty indifferent and impatient.

Front desk staff were great. No free bottles of water in room or tissue/kleenex papers so had to use toilet paper. Room cleaning was pretty much just making the bed and new towels. Floor was not touched and no extra rolls of toilet paper added (only one used roll on hook). Cost of 6€ for shuttle to train station was a bit expensive.

My room did not get cleaned in 2 days. I went to the desk to complain after the first day and asked for more towels. Never received the towels or the room was never cleaned. Asked for refund for buffet I prepaid for on the 15th & also the 18th because we left too early and breakfast wasn't out. The buffet was terrible, food was old and tough and not warm at all. This is a terrible place to stay. I'm prior military and traveled all around the world. This has to be on the lists of places I would never visit again and I pulls recommend staying elsewhere!

Pros So the actual property is great, clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. However that's about it. Cons Unless you are coming for business within the Hoofdorp area or during the tulip season this hotel is very far from everything almost in the middle of nowhere. It's about 45-60mins via Uber to the station then the train to get to Amsterdam central. There is a shuttle that you have to pay for to leave the hotel but it's free to return with it at the designated locations.... We would have waited for the shuttle at the times given even waiting 10 to 20mins more to get back to the hotel multiple times and it never showed. We ended up using Uber as it was more reliable which ended up being very expensive for our 6 day stay to and from the station. Breakfast - is the same exact thing over and over. Imagine eating the same thing for 6 days in a row. It's very basic and nothing unique or original. Dinner - the restaurant kitchen closes promptly at 10pm. Because the hotel is in the middle of nowhere with no food places in walking distance we had to order pizza or something else. The menu for dinner is also very basic. Overall it was a good stay but was disappointed in the food and location.

Schönes Hotel mit kleinen Abstrichen beim Schlafkomfort Wir waren für drei Nächte in diesem Hotel (vier wären uns allerdings etwas zu viel gewesen). **Das Positive:** Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei, und das gesamte Zimmer war absolut sauber und ordentlich. Das Frühstück haben wir einmal genutzt – es war vollkommen okay, solide und bot eine normale, gute Auswahl, ohne dabei besonders herauszustechen. **Der Minuspunkt:** Ein Punkt hat meinen Aufenthalt leider etwas gestört: das Bett. Es handelte sich um ein Boxspringbett mit einem etwa 10 cm dicken Topper auf der Hauptmatratze. Das Problem dabei ist, dass die untere Matratze mit einem wasserdichten Plastikbezug versehen ist. Dadurch staut sich die Körperwärme extrem im oberen Topper. Ich bin leider jede Nacht schweißgebadet aufgewacht, was für ein Hotel dieser Klasse doch recht unangenehm ist. **Fazit:** Insgesamt ein gutes und sauberes Hotel mit freundlichem Service, nur der Schlafkomfort könnte durch atmungsaktivere Matratzenschoner deutlich verbessert werden.

L’hôtel est tout neuf, mais certains points sont franchement bas de gamme. Notamment le matelas tout fin qui glisse sans cesse du sommier. Les couvre lits dans le style oriental, nids à microbes. Pas de après-shampooing ni de lotion pour les mains, ni de bouteilles d’eau dans la chambre, ni de mouchoirs, ni de fer à repasser. La cerise sur le gâteau c’est le prix exorbitant du petit déjeuner franchement très très décevant. Poulet dessèche et moitié des produits manquants. Beaucoup trop de bémols pour un hôtel qui se veut haut de gamme et flambant neuf. Surtout dans la zone de l’aéroport à forte concurrence. D’autres font beaucoup mieux pour un prix plus raisonnable.

Nous avons séjournés mon conjoint et moi-même une nuit dans cet hôtel et nous n'avons absolument pas été déçus, quand on connait les prix pour se loger aux Pays-Bas, je trouve que le rapport qualité/prix est excellent. L'hôtel est magnifique, très grandiose, les chambres sont agréables, bien décorées, pratiques et ressemble exactement aux photos disponibles. Autre point appréciable, c'est le calme ; comme nous sommes reculés de la ville, il n'y a rien autour (mis à part des entreprises fermées le soir) et c'est très reposant. Nous avons aussi testés le restaurant et nous avons très bien mangés pour des prix très corrects 43 € pour un plat, un dessert et un verre de vin. Un petit fond de musique jazz nous accompagne. Mon seul bémol est pour les oreillers trop durs mais c'est systématiques dans les hôtels.
