Mulfuctioning AC was reported to staff and they said they will make settings remotely through mobile app but nothing changed. Room without any other source of heating was cold all night. We used the remote as described but TLC AC was showing "PA" which is an error code: 'PA" usually indicates a high temperature on the evaporator coil, which can be caused by several issues like a dirty condenser, refrigerant problems, a faulty sensor, or a blocked drain line.

Front dash staff was good but what I didn’t like was how the cleaners barge into my room without waiting for me to come open the doors because they had spare key…that’s very bad but aside that services was great .

The staff was very accommodating and friendly from the jump. The lobby is small but cute and perfect for photo opportunities. The room was clean and had all the usual conveniences. The place has a modern feel to it. The yard needs some work though. there were weeds and it looked as though the grass had not been cut for a bit. there was sufficient parking and the area was quiet. i only spent a night and left before the breakfast so i cant comment on anything else. But overall we were comfortable.

There were not many restaurants or shops in the surrounding area; however, as we had rented a car, this was not an issue for us. We had breakfast at the hotel on the first day, but found it was not worth the price.

Very friendly staff. The room and bathroom were very clean and organized. I think if they installed multi-use toiletry dispensers it would be more eco-friendly vs the small individual tubes shampoo and body wash. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again.

We really enjoyed our 2-day stay. The hotel and the rooms are very clean, almost brand new and the services and staff are extremely accommodating and friendly. We also ate at its Turkish restaurant, we thoroughly enjoyed our food. The chicken wings and the lentil soup are excellent. Since we don't have a car, it was a little inconvenient to get to the downtown or nearby stores; however the area is really safe for a simple walk.
