This is an excellent hotel and the value for your dollar is met. Small room however every amenity is available! Hot water was a bit hot, the temperature control was hard to figure out

Free breakfast makes this a good value budget stay

This isn't a luxury hotel but it is ok. Due to building works surrounding the hotel the walk to the nearby station took longer than normal. Be prepared to walk along some unlit roads if returning to the hotel from the station late at night. The carpet in the bedroom needed replacing and one of the bed bases looked shabby. The staff on reception were really helpful and some issues I had were dealt with quickly. The free breakfast selection was generous and made the stay good value.

The service was absolutely incredible. Eva and Giulliana not only managed to take care of our large party checking in, but also serve several other customers in multiple languages without missing a single beat. The breakfast was wonderful and if I am ever back in Amsterdam, I would hope to see these wonderful and generous staff members again.

The horel is clean with good breakfast choices. However room did not have a small freg to keep our snacks but was clean. The breakfast area was very nice however they lake enough worker to clean up tables so used plates were left on tables for long time and we had difficulty to find a clean seat in place besides the 2 workers were very slow in cleaning.

Nice and clean hotel, super friendly staff, very good breakfast buffet, I just wished they had options for vegan people, but a lady in charge helped us make a plate for my vegan son. The hotel is in a walkable distance from the train station, a lot of construction around the area though. We liked it, and we would stay again

Too far from train station for walking and not convenient to carry luggage , if staying near to airport. Holiday inn needs to mandatorily provide own or public shuttle facilities. It is a shame to be close to airport and have long walk to nearest train station
