I was delighted by the high standard of service and cleanliness in this hotel. There was also a great atmosphere. You could tell the staff were happy, and that says a lot. My bed was comfortable, everything worked as it should and the breakfast was generous. I felt very comfortable sitting in the large lounge catching up on some work.

Everything was great. Love the option of free drinks instead of maid service...absolutely opted for free drinks. Everyone friendly and helpful Breakfast was plentiful and nice Room was perfect Only negative comment is about the exterior, the moat had loads of rubbish in it. Really lets the hotel down and wouldnt take much for someone to clean it up once a week

All - and I mean all - the staff were extremely friendly, professional and friendly. The breakfasts were delicious - and there was plenty of choice. The coffee machine was fantastic!!
