Room. Al llegar una de las habitaciones estaba sucia. Aún habían toallas en el suelo y basura en el zafacon. Al notificarlo respondieron rápido y nos cambiaron de habitación. En cambio, en la otra habitación aunque todo se veía bien al otro día nos percatamos que habían unas medias en el clóset que no nos correspondía y sucio debajo de las cortinas. Por lo que deben mejorar la limpieza. De lo demás no puedo opinar pues solo nos quedamos 1 noche.

We only stayed for a night before our very early flight. The room seemed dirty. Lots of little red flakes on the floor and bed. The hotel guests were noisy at all hours, I get that it's near the airport and people arrive at all our but it seemed like our neighbors were jumping rooms.

We arrived at 1:30 am after 5 hrs of flight for the night layover for resting for a night and being prepared for the next flight of 9 hrs on the next day around 10am. you expect to be assigned for a convenient and quiet room but nobody was at reception desk, we waited 10 min, then he gave us a room where construction started very early morning around 6 am right behind our window with lots of noises that prevented us to sleep, we reported this at the time of check out and nobody even expressed sorry to us and they told us that you will receive the email and see how we will compensate this discomfort and today after 8 days we have not received any feedback yet!

The entire building is undergoing construction work, the adjacent hotel building is undergoing demolition work. Instead of closing for such material works it is fully open. Expect noise, dust, power cuts, lift not functioning and similar inconveniences. A sensible hotel operator would close and complete all works instead of this very unsatisfactory approach. Avoid this hotel for the foreseeable future.

Needed a quick overnight close to the airport. Room and beds were comfortable and clean. The airport shuttle (deciding factor in staying here) stops running at 11:45. We had to take a E30 cab. Overnight and early morning hallway noise were not great. Staff were indifferent, with the exception of one - who handed me a card and asked me to fill out a review.
