The room stuck so bad. It smelled like someone doing majuana in the room. There was only 2 towels and 2 face towels in the room and they only did room service every other day. I was told at check-in that I could go to front desk to get clean towels. We left very early Saturday morning to go to ball park and it was 11pm when we got back to the room. I went to the desk and asked for clean towels to bathe and was told they did not have any. My husband had asked before me and they said all they had was a little thin short towel that was so turned up it should had been thrown in the garbage. Luckily there was this sweet couple checking in at 11pm that night and she went to her room and gave me a washcloth and a hand towel so I could bathe. The workers were not friendly or helpful.

The bed was clean and comfortable. The scent in the room was very off putting. There was a drip stain down the wall coming from an old vent. The shower was not clean around the edges. There was no shampoo or conditioner and the only soap/body wash was a third of a bottle of used Dove body wash - set next to the sink like it was purposefully left there by staff. People were obviously smoking in there rooms with their doors open to the hallway. Very noisy slamming doors all night.

The hotel needs work. The air conditioning in the lobby & hallway areas was not working. The elevator needs maintenance. The bathroom in our room had no outlet to plug a hair dryer in. The shower needed maintenance as well.

The bed was not clean in tbe room. But we was move to another room . The other room was ok but the ceiling had a stain in it i notice when i lay down. There was a stain on that carpet. I think the supervisor should make rounds when these rooms are being clean..otherwise i had a good staff.

I do not recommend this property. The conditions here were completely unacceptable and I was unable to stay. The lobby and hallways had no working air conditioning — only small box fans circulating warm, humid air. The ground floor reeked of pet urine, and staff admitted the carpets were saturated from pets urinating in the hallways. The elevator smelled like it was mopped with a dirty mop. On the second floor, where I was first assigned, the odor of marijuana and mildew was overwhelming. The room itself was just as bad: mold around the toilet and shower edges, soap residue on the shower walls, short hairs in the bathroom, sticky residue on surfaces, and dirt built up in the corners. The refrigerator still had red liquid spilled inside from a previous guest. When I wiped the nightstand and remote with disinfectant wipes, both came away brown. The staff tried moving me, but the only other rooms available were double beds, even though I booked and paid for a king. But that room was no better. Ultimately, they told me they couldn’t help me. I left and booked another hotel at a much higher cost because this property was simply not sanitary or safe. This was not just dirty — it was a health risk. Until serious improvements are made, I would strongly caution against booking this hotel.
