Reasonable price. Rooms and facilities could use updating. Fire alarm went off at 5:45 am apparently due to someone burning biscuits downstairs. Overall just ok experience. Probably won’t stay there again.

Most of the furniture had many soiled stains so you did not want to sit down anywhere. There was hair in the bath/shower walls and used soap still left. The carpet was also very stained. There were no additional linens left in the room for the pull out sofa. Curtains had large tears in them so did not cover lights closed. Employee (female) was in the back parking lot smoking a joint as we parked and unloaded our car

I am wanting to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience my four colleagues and I had during our recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, our visit was marred by multiple issues that made our stay extremely unpleasant. Upon arrival, the condition of our rooms was unacceptable. I personally had to switch rooms three times due to cleanliness concerns. The rooms were in poor condition, and during checkout, I witnessed another couple leaving early due to a roach infestation—further confirming the severity of the issues. I requested a manager to contact me regarding these concerns, but I have yet to receive any follow-up. In all my years of travel, I have never encountered such a distressing hotel experience, and I can confidently say we will not be returning. I would appreciate a prompt response from management to address this matter. We believe it is important for you to be aware of the conditions and take appropriate action to prevent future guests from enduring similar experiences.

Upon entering our room, my initial inspection always involves checking the bed for cleanliness and any signs of bed bugs. However, I was quite surprised to find multiple hairs when I lifted the blanket. Furthermore, upon examining the microwave, I was taken aback by its rusty condition, leading us to refrain from using it. This raised some concerns about hygiene. Additionally, I observed that the tissue dispenser in the bathroom was also rusty. Subsequently, I checked the bath towels for any unwelcome guests and, to my dismay, discovered a bug. I am uncertain whether the room was thoroughly cleaned before our arrival, but if it was, a more meticulous cleaning and sanitization are certainly needed. Overall, our experience with this hotel was less than satisfactory. I had chosen this hotel based on positive reviews regarding its cleanliness, but my experience did not align with those reviews. Even my daughters expressed discomfort about sleeping due to the hair we found and the unknown potential issues under the bed. I sincerely hope that the management will address these concerns promptly, particularly regarding the microwave.
