They took 2 months to give me my deposits and their elevators was out the whole time I stayed, I had to help my 800 pound girlfriend up the stairs. She really like 200 but after the 2nd flight she felt like 800.

The room was perfect. The only thing that bothered me was the noise. Well after 10 pm people were running up and down the hallway, yelling, knocking on doors etc. This hotel is very nice, the staff is excellent, only issue to have is with some who stay there not being considerate of others.

Unfortunately this Hotel could be nice but if the facility had operative items. Hotel is very dated and had a smoky smell in hall ways. Elevators were broke. This was very bad for my elderly parents to do stairs. Tv remotes were not working in rooms. New staff unaware how to help the with TVs.

The room was horrible the first thing how dirty it was. The cleaning staff left someone bowel movement in the toilet which is beyond disgusting. The room smelled like strong onions including the bedding. The shower was not clean hair and something else was on the shower floor and mold! There was not one towel or shower curtain in the room. The television didn’t work. The night staff was not label to fix and said no signal and will turn off in nine minutes. It was the front desk clerk first day and she was the only person there with no assistance took along time to check in which is not her fault. Old food was left in the refrigerator. I couldn’t believe this was Candlewood I have a video not pictures so can’t upload

Check in was good. Upon checking the room, the bathroom had dust and dirt from maintenance work in the bathroom shower, shower curtain was not installed and toilet needed to be cleaned. One of the employees came to our room right away and took care of the problem. The tv was not connected to satellite. Also, upon checking in, we were in the elevator which stopped between second and third floors and had to call Inn reservation number to alert front desk that we were stuck in elevator. Jolene in reservations kept on our cell to help us and was very nice of her to keep us informed. The elevator could not be repaired until the Monday weekday, as we were there on Friday til Monday, so we (and everyone else) had to use the stairwell to get to our room on the 3rd floor, which was a struggle with our luggage, etc. Although we had elevator issues for 3 days, the Inn staff was very helpful and took care of our problems right away. They were courteous and apologized for the inconvenience. There should be more than 1 elevator in the Inn. Hope that this is helpful information.

The channels on Tv didn’t work in the rooms, Went to the front desk to look for help treated with indifference . One lady came an assisted me with getting one channel to work. The elevator was also broken.
