It was decent for a weekend stay but overall I did not like the fact that the front desk is not 24 hrs and you have to check in with a machine after hours which takes a longer process same with getting fresh linens you have to wait until the following day when the front desk reopens and there are no irons or blow dryers in each room you have to get it from the front desk

Pets were allowed which is fine but constant barking. The staff were unresponsive to requests as we asked for extra towels and bowls/silverware to be able to use the stove as that was one of the reasons we booked her to use those appliances. We called down 3 times and never got a response/ service. The check in process was all digital which was fine but when it came time to we couldn't find anyone for check out/ assistance.

Rooms lacked the basic amenities, such as a coffeemaker and hairdryer. No ice machine in the hotel. Kiosk check in and out were not convenient, and check out in particular was frustrating because operator had difficulty with her computer. I do not like the lack of desk staff.

Someone else was given the same key to my room. I watched as they were able to open my door but I had the security bar up. They were just as surprised as I was. Called front desk and they weren’t helpful nor concerned. Said they would “review” hallway cams and get back to me. Which they didn’t. The room itself was clean with a comfy bed. Thin walls but wasn’t too loud after 11pm.
