Staff was not polite, rooms were incredibly dated and smelled like pee. Bathtub and shower curtain were disgusting. Did not feel safe leaving my car ourtside. Went home a day early to avoid another night here.

I liked the convenience of the hotel being right next door to where our trolley departed from. I did not like the fact that the whole property smelled like weed the entire time we were there and our room had an empty tissue box and cereal on the carpet, which made me think the room wasn’t vacuumed or restocked. The walls are also very thin and you can hear everything.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Was very clean and comfortable. Great price and kids had a a blast on the 3 water areas. One outdoor and two indoor. Very clean and nice areas. Waters were warm. Parking was easy and it was family friendly. Nice area!

Wifi is horrible on 3rd floor, otherwise room was good, Also no tickets Noah's ark. Like stated with purchase. Big deception. Paid more to get less. Felt like i was scammed. No offers giving after a 165.00 room w no Noah ark. All i got was a room and pool unfortunately. Could gave went else where got more. Lesson learned.

We were there during off season so the outdoor pool was closed. The indoor pools were awesome. There’s 2 indoor area. One with 1 big pool and slides, 2 hot tubs, smaller waddling pool. The other pool area had water slides for younger kids/toddlers and a big hot tub. My kids aged 9 and 13 enjoyed both areas. The room was clean. The ac/fan was loud. Quiet for the most part but we could hear doors closing loudly. The room had this earthy/herbal smell, not sure if it’s the cleaning material or from the people before us. The beds were so and so. Not the comfiest but not the worst. The staff was kind. For the price, location, and pools, we’d definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at this hotel. We love both pools and the outdoor picnic area. The room need some basic renovations but wasn't too bad for just two night stay. Friendly staff and great location. Just 5 min drive from most of the main and fun attractions. I got the chance to use the Mt Olympus passes included it the stay , which one a huge plus. We loved it and we will be back.

Overall, not a horrible hotel, but could use some upgrades. The indoor and outdoor pool is nice. The beds are very poor. It also seemed quite noisy at night, with what I assume was the bar music across the street. The hotel also smelled like weed often. Cleanliness was okay. I probably wouldn’t stay here again, but it isn’t the worst hotel I’ve been in. The location is great and easy to get to with plenty of shopping & food options nearby. Parking was easy and the cleaning staff was friendly. The Noah’s Ark pass was a nice add on as well. Average hotel at best in my opinion.

We stayed for a single night. The indoor pool and kid waterpark was enjoyable. I had issues with the adults drinking alcohol in the pool area. I also absolutely felt disgusted in the room as the sheets/bed set was old or worn and the room was very smelly.

I only had a problem with one of the staff coming in my room before I had check out. I was in my under clothes brushing my teeth and they walk in my room without knocking.. I was very disappointed with that. I also told the staff when I check out. Thank You

Great place to visit with kids. Free tickets to Noah's Ark & Mt Olympus makes this place a no brainer for families... However for adults... The beds aren't that comfortable and the shower head is too low if you're 6"+. Family trip... Ideal... Adult trip not the best for comfort.
