"The staff was very polite, helpful and efficient. The business center was great, no fuss no change - great for printing our boarding passes. The only thing I don't care for (and is common these days at hotels) is if you stay two nights you don't get housekeeping. So we made our own beds in the morning so that it would be comfortable when we returned in the afternoon. I asked for housekeeping, but it didn't happen. I got some extra coffee from the person with the housekeeping cart. Breakfast was not great for health conscious older couple, only white English muiand cinnamon bagels-no bread of any kind. There was some soupy oatmeal, which my husband ate. I had a yogurt and some peanut butter on a muffin. Coffee was pretty good at breakfast, not great in the room."
