The staff to begin with was very rude and non professional I should have trusted my instincts and left but I still paid. We went to the room and it was filthy I went to the desk to ask for a refund and waited over an hour and still got no where.. I will Never book with them or use the hotels.com website again to book

The sheets on bed had yellow stains on them and when we called front desk to complain woman said the sheets are all washed . But we were looking at yellow stains on them . Door frame was peeling . Room just did not look clean Room looked run down
