Mysterious bug bites from one night stay

Check in and check out was a breeze. The front desk lady was welcoming. Breakfast was a nice convenience. However, the rooms felt musty and I woke up the next morning with many small bites on my body. I didn’t think much of it, and did not mention at check out. In hindsight I should’ve, because as the day progressed, the reaction to the bites grew worse.

The run was clean and comfortable. The staff was all very friendly and helpful The pool was wonderful and my children and i enjoyed it very much. The price was fantastic for all the comfort!! I'll definitely stay here again!!

Well for one this is the first time I’ve ever been charged to check out of a hotel. My trip got cut short, we went to the front desk and said we were checking out a day early, I figured I’d lose the money but thought oh well, to my surprise the attendant at the front desk took our room card and told me that they would refund the money for the night we wouldn’t be staying, left happy, stopped to by coffee when I got an alert from my bank that a charge of the money I was just told I would be refunded in 3-5 business days was just taken out of my account, so I apparently paid 331$ for 1 night in this not so 5 star hotel. When I called I was told that I needed to contact my bank to release the funds, my bank said that comfort inn had to cancel the charge. I’m furious and will not be staying at this hotel ever again. Beware of it I think I’ve been scammed out of my money

Very unsatisfactory

We chose this motel because they had a pool. When we arrived, the pool was closed. There was an awful mildew smell in the room. Thought we should have got a discount being the pool was closed
