"Front desk staff were exceptional! The room was decent. It did have a strong smell of some kind of cleaner or air freshener. The toilet was so low to the ground...as big people, we had to really struggle to sit on it! We appreciated having the microwave and fridge in the room! Rugs in lobby and stairwell needed a very good cleaning, at least the very first day there. Someone left cleaning rags, which looked like underwear, on the elevator. Breakfast was okay. It did have nice bagels, which is what we would normally eat. The hot food (eggs, sausage, bacon) didn't really look appetizing. "
