"The property is rundown. The room was not very clean and worn down. The bed sheets and the blankets had stains. Upon arrival the temperatue in the room was super cold due to the AC running and it took a while to bring the temperature down to a level that was more comfortable. The icing on the cake was that none of us could sleep due to other hotel guests talking loudly outside the room. In short, book only as last resort."

"Great location in Gruene on the river. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. The condos are a little bit older but have been kept up and clean. Has a walking path down to the river where you can get in the river or sit by the water. Host was easy to get in touch with and check in was smooth. Had a good time even though it rained the entire time we were in town."
