I was told I couldn’t get toilet paper until morning after being here 4 days and no room service. Was only given 2 towels in a room reserved for 3 people. Will absolutely never book here again. Hotel owner was rude and very obviously doesn’t know how to run a hotel!

All of the above worse place to stay, except staff members…the place doesn’t match the quality in their advertisement. We changed rooms, three times…due to a roach and bugs with bedbugs problem. Housekeeping needs to upgrade their policies, on cleaning… smoking on 4th floor seeks down on the third floor level area. As you enter into the building, something inside of your soul, screams out to you, that this is not the place to have a comfortable stay….

The room smelled musky and a bit like wet dog. The bedsheets and towels had visible brown stains. My wife could not stop coughing once she was in the room. The front desk person was nice and friendly, but the cleanliness of the room was bad.
