AC did kept cool in the room, just a few stains here & there, from the bed sheets being burned, with yellow stains, from the curtain having yellow stains too, small moldy spot on the ceiling on top of the tv, broken wooden frame on the bottom of the door, the floor had looked like they swept the dirty stuff slightly under/next to the bed.
Elevator, poor lightning, smelled like urine.
Unknown brown spot on the bed sheet.

The location was great, but the room was very disappointing! dirty bedding, stained curtains, mold in the bathroom and cats everywhere, which caused allergies for my child. It took over 17 hours to get help, on a room change, communication was poor. I hope future guests have a better experience.

The hotel really was a disappointment it was nothing like the pictures. The room smelled really bad like a wet dog, bathroom tub drained slow, the sheets and blanket was dirty. Room service only left towels, they did not clean the room

There was NO HOT water No shower, No face washing, unless you wanted to freeze. This is a handy caped room which had tripping hazards in the flooring. Maintenance was non existing in the shower & bath area. Parking was MINIMAL.

Not much of a view, and from arrival we didnt have enough towls. We stayed three days and only got one change of towls after asking repeatly. Ended up going to walmart and buying wash clothes and towls, only gave us two towls and two wash clothes, and there were three of us. Other than that, clean room, affordable, great place to stay.

We booked for 1 night for a girls trip that would accommodate 8 of us in the same room. When we showed up to our room, there was no toilet paper, no towels and no soap. The lighting was not what the pictures showed. The only light available in the room was the 2 lightbulb wall lamp in between the 2 full size beds and one on each side of the king size bed. We had no ceiling light and extra lamps were not available to be provided. The tub was clogged up so the water would not drain properly. Luckily we all were ready and dressed on that check in day to head on to Six Flags. Every time the toilet was flushed, it smelled more and more like ammonia or pee. The shower also had some visible pink mold and this is very dangerous to our health. I read reviews before I booked this hotel and they were given a 3 star but I am giving it a 1 star.

I was only there for 10 minutes before I decided it was not a safe place. Several people that presented them selves to be in gangs were hanging out at the pool bbqing, playing music and being loud at almost 11pm. But, the thing that made me terribly uncomfortable was as I was taking things into the room and seeing if it was clean a man walked towards me just staring. Then we sexy to stop and look me right in my eyes then up and down the. Turned and walked away while looking back! There were several groups of people congregating in the parking lot, kids playing soccer in the parking lot mind you it’s almost 11pm. There was nothing that made me feel safe there! I returned my key told them why and left! That man and the looks he gave me are burned into my mind! It was scary!

This is by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. For starters, there was no hand soap in the lobby restroom. When I notified the front desk, he gave me a small bar of soap. I walked towards the elevator since my room was on the second floor and the elevator area smelled horrible. The elevator buttons were broken. I walked into my room and set my stuff down. I went into the restroom in our room and it smelled horrible. Its as if they've never mopped the floor nor scrubbed the toilet. They dont offer Iiquid soap like other la quinta hotels. They only have bar soap. I'm pretty sure this hotel is independently owned and not franchised. The employee didn't even have a uniform. All the other la quinta hotels I've been to look really nice but this one doesn't. The only things for breakfast are waffles and cereal. No eggs, bacon nor sausage. The coffee machine and the orange juice machine didn't work. The clock in the room was unplugged. The wifi didn't work. There were hair ties, socks, and lotion left from previous occupants. There was also a lot cat poop all over the parking lot and cat prints all over my car right after I had just washed it. The only thing room service did was replace 2 towels. They did not throw away the trash and they didn't make the beds. The carpet was extremely dirty. I could tell it hasn't been vacuumed in years. My daughter walked barefooted for a few minutes and her feet were black. I am never coming here again.

Dirty rooms and fridge didn’t work. The tv’s volume didn’t work according to receptionist it was a network issue . Breakfast was a joke very disappointing
