Front desk staff VERY nice and accommodating. Our 2bed/2bath had 2 dying roaches and some tiny ants around sinks and tubs, but given the frigid temp drop that occured we weren't suprised. Wish they had provided a dish sponge or scrubber since they provided dishwasher tabs and dish soap. Kitchen utensils and pans were sparse. Balconies were lovely with lots of seating and the views were amazing.

Map of directions was useless since the starting point (registration) is not even on the map and the verbal directions at checkin were useless. Lots of noisy constructions activity beginning at 8am.

Had a great stay and no issues! The staff was very friendly and helpful upon check in. The view of the river is beautiful! This was our second time staying here and I would like to mention the security gate hasn't worked either visit. It's not in the best neighborhood so it made me a bit nervous that the parking lot is accessible to anyone.

1). the parks phone line did not work. we tried to call the office all weekend and dialing zero never worked. I even called the reservation line and they said to press zero and that never worked. 2) the lofts were run down. the master bedroom bathroom smelt like BO bad. 3) the tile floor was nasty dirty. our feet and socks were black. I tried several times to call the office to have someone come clean it. could never get ahold of anyone. I'm pretty sure the the reservation said light housekeeping was included. nobody ever came. 4) the sofa bed was dirty. once we opened it up the cushions were full of crumbs. 5). TV remotes did not work.
