"There was plenty of adequate and safe parking at Fairfield Inn. Upon entering the Fairfield Inn, you are meet with the friendliest front desk staff. The breakfast buffet has something for everyone. From the fresh aroma of coffee, to baked goods, oatmeal with plenty of topping options, to making your very own plate-sized waffle. If coffee is not your preferred breakfast beverage, then you will have a variety of teas and juices to select from. I hope you all enjoy your stay at the Fairfield Inn, ad much as my family and I did. You definitely won't regret your choice of a home away from home, regardless of how short or long your stay may be. "

"We recently had the opportunity to stay at Hotel UMass in advance of an accepted students visit on campus. The communications we received from the hotel before our arrival were clear so we knew how to find the garage to know where to park. Hotel check-in went smoothly. Our room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. I loved the UMass themed decor on the beds. After a good night's sleep, we saw a beautiful view of campus outside our window. Breakfast was included and available in the lobby. Breakfast had simple offerings of cereals, pastries, bread, yogurt, and a make your own waffle station. Gluten free offerings were available. Dairy-free milk was also available. Upon check out, we were able to leave our car in the garage for the rest of the day, which was perfect while we checked out campus. "

"The room was clean and comfortable. We picked this particular hotel because of the hot tub and pool. The hot tub was out of service and the pool Was freezing cold. Breakfast in the morning was ok."

Thanks for welcoming our dog Luciano❤️ Our thoughts on what should be improved: 1.Better bath mats. We found it on the second day of our 2 night stay. At first I didn't realize what it was. Small and odd but it worked. A mat for outside the bath is needed as well. 2. A shelf near the outlet in bathroom over the toilet. Putting things on the toilet is dicey. 3. The guest upstairs was walking around during the wee hours and it sounded like an army marching thru. Padding under the area rugs would help. 4. Spare blanket in the room is essential for unexpected chill. 5. Something to highlight where the electric plugs are in the desk. I only saw them the morning we were leaving. POSITIVE ASPECTS: Great staff- friendly, helpful, efficient Nice room size Plenty of towels Good wi-fi & electrical outlets Good AC, Great breakfast supplies and space for eating, generally a very pleasant experience!"

"What a wonderful establishment. A small family company operated with the charm and welcome of southern hospitality. I thoroughly enjoyed the owners. Such wonderful and welcoming people. My daughters and I felt safe and totally catered too. Our room was beautifully clean and well capped. Many new amenities were available, and it was very clear that it had recently been renovated. Anytime we go through the area, we will ensure that we stay at the Inn"
