Staff is great as per ushe, I Stay here every time i come to the area but this trip I opted for a double room wich I was very satisfied with... im also loving the addition of coffee in the lobby all day and the new alarm clocks, I like being able to clearly see the time at night

This is my go to stay when travelling to Henrico, its safe and comfortable, the staff is incredible from front desk(every shift) to maintenence and the property staff to housekeeping...they've made a few updates, wich is nice and also now have coffee 25/7 , wich i really appreciate..I prefer the 1st floor , but arriving late wasnt able to get 1st floor but woundup being surprisingly happy with my room...I feel at home here and that type of comfort and safety is irreplaceable

My stay was real bad ,The room was not clean , It was Bugs in the bed, the bathroom was not safe to use for me and my family, The TV didn’t work and we couldn’t get the money back and we wanted to change room and we was told no they still had a lot of rooms available, So me and my family just sleep in the car.
