No elevator, key card did not work to enter side door 8PM so we had to walk all the way the front entrance, then back to the end of the hotel to go up the stairs to the room. One time wouldn’t be bad but we had to do this every time after arriving back. When we arrived back for our second night stay our key cards did not work for the room either. After being replaced we noticed that the towels had been removed from the room without being replaced. This resulted in having to walk back to the front desk and back yet again.
