Please advise on your website about the Canada permit that need to be purchase before making any stops in Canada that part I didn’t like because I wasn’t advise so it took a few minutes to fill that out made me waste time.
Air Canada was great the trip from one plane to another - too long - huge hike, then a bus ride then another huge hike to get to the connection. At least this time we did not have to haul our luggage through customs and put it back on the conveyor again.
Loved it all! i would like to make you my preferred airline when traveling to as well as from Canada if possible!
Wheelchairs were brought to us as had been requested for each leg of our trip. Very helpful!
Flight arrived slightly before schedule ... keep that up 100% !!!
