The emergency exit window seat was really cold. I dont think it was sealed properly. The airplane number was AC 1578. I think the seat number was 28K. It was very uncomfortably cold.
This was my best flight ever. Every thing went smoothly
The staff had to deal with a difficult situation due to the weather, they were very professional. The flight was in a twin engine prop (which was unexpected) but the pilot(s) were also calm which was helpful to passengers on that trip.
Would be nice if they allowed elderly people and children to board first
