It was a really small plane and not that comfortable but the crew made the most of it. It was a good flight.
I had to pay for my bag, was not given the choice of a free bag.
United does not allow carry-on. So, I had to pay the $30..... urgh!
thanks first experience and it was great
Its was ok
Someone took my window seat and when I mentioned it to her she said she had a kid and I needed to deal with it.
Thank G-d I didn't have a dog with me.
The plane was really small, that's the only thing I wasn't thrilled about. Otherwise all went well.

New York John F Kennedy International (JFK) is located just outside of Brooklyn on Jamaica Bay. It is accessible from the Belt Parkway and the Van Wyck Expressway via public transit, private car or car hire. JFK is also serviced by the New York City subway system. Once at IAD, passengers can access public transportation or rent a car and drive the 26 miles to Washington, D.C.’s downtown and tourist districts.
Washington, D.C. is the nation’s capital, home to the Lincoln Memorial, the Washington Monument, the White House, the Capitol Building and the National Mall, an open park area with a reflecting pool that connects the World War II Memorial and the Lincoln Memorial. Also found here are the Smithsonian, National Air and Space Museum, National Museum of American History, the Korean and Vietnam Veterans Memorial, the FDR Memorial and the Thomas Jefferson Memorial. Visitors enjoy seeing Ford’s Theatre, where President Lincoln was shot, as well as the International Spy Museum.
Washington, D.C. has a circular layout rather than a traditional grid, so public transit is recommended for visitors for easy traveling. This is also a popular destination for school trips, so be prepared for extra congestion September through May.
