Why airlines started charging for checked baggage? We had to pay for 2 bags both ways, which used to be with ticket prices.
Need to communicate that a frequent flyer only gets half the points and miles when flying discount airfare. It doesn’t say that up front.
Happy and comfortable flight. Thank you.
the flight was fine, nothing super, but no problems.
Hope that my next flight will be free from charge
Very good service

You might be going to London for the architecture, a glimpse of Buckingham Palace or business, but no matter why you're going, getting there is easy from Chicago's O'Hare International Airport (ORD). The total journey time from Chicago to London is eight hours. Once you have arrived in London, you could start your trip deliciously by visiting a local pub in the neighboring towns of Slough or Isleworth. Alternatively you could head for the infamous Borough Market and all of its artisan treats, found next to London Bridge.
The City of London is the original walled area of the city, and it still remains a tourist hot spot thanks to attractions like the London Eye, Old Bailey Jail, the Tower of London and St. Paul's Cathedral. Hop on the Tube, also called the Underground, to head from the City of London to Covent Garden for a performance at one of the many theaters, or for some souvenir shopping along Floral Avenue. If it’s history you're looking for, visit the district of Bloomsbury for Russell Square, the British Museum and the Charles Dickens Museum.
London's largest airport is Heathrow Airport (LHR), but there are several other large international airports around the city including Gatwick. To get from Heathrow to Paddington Station in the heart of London, transport options include the Heathrow Express, the Heathrow Connect, the Tube or the bus.
