Education for the Youth of Texas

Along with all the cowboy fun, The San Antonio Livestock Exposition has a primary focus on education and the development of the youth of Texas. In 1984, 15 four-year scholarships were awarded to students entering colleges in Texas. Since then, the Exposition has committed more than $186 million through scholarships, endowments, auctions and premiums, and still maintains the main reason this organizations was created in the first place.
