Pools were great plenty of chairs didn’t have to get up at 5am to save a spot. Very clean place this is my favorite place so far. Easy to get around and shows were amazing. The food wow loved it. The buffet had so much to offer and the restaurants were 5 star along with the staff.

I stayed at the 18+ resort (although they are all connected) and had a great time. The quality of the construction at this hotel is quite incredible and I was quickly blown away by the whole place. The restaurants at night rivaled some of the best places I've been to and they were included. Overall, phenomenal experience!

We always stayed at the Palace with our girls and now we as a couple love the AO!! The property is beautiful and the food/drinks are fabulous. They work all night to make sure there is no sargassum and our 9 days were spent enjoying the bluest water ever!! The rooms are spectacular and the bed is to die for. We can’t wait to be back!!

The staff were really professional and helpful with any questions I had, polite and no language barrier. Restaurants were top notch and the servers went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Beautiful pools with pool bars made it to easy not to enjoy yourself and the beach was out of this world with enough shade from the palm trees and plenty of chairs for everyone. Rooms were very clean with daily maid service and refreshments stocked in the mini fridge. Overall, it's just a perfect place to let the stress out and relax, I have been there four times now and can't wait to return!
