Location on the beach, jacuzzi, clean room, very good bed, even though you can smell the humidity in the room. Very well organised. Magnificent pool and beach. Plenty of activities. A bus can transfer you all between the different Barcelo lobbies (there is 4).

the property is kept immaculate and the staff was very friendly. The restaurants however have many issues. The Japanese restaurant was terrible but the waitress was worse. She had no way of describing the menu and I had the worst meal of my stay. The Mexican restaurant was wonderful. The waiters had a clear understanding of the menu and were able to help me decide what best to order. None of the restaurants (expect the Mexican) were great. Based on the reviews I was expecting a much better experience

It has a beautiful beach and it is clean and well maintained. But it was too big and cold for my taste. And the service is very slow during busy times. Our check-in was painfully slow. And we often had to wait for drinks with only one bartender serving a crowd.

They did not recognize my gold status for Key members. The room was not ocean front, it was an ocean view. Access to restaurants was limited. Drinks were clearly watered down using the cheapest alcohol and the food was nothing to be excited about. I was extremely Disappointed given the cost of the trip
