"Absolutely beautiful room, friendly staff, and having a coffee shop downstairs was so nice. I felt like for the amount of space and the very ideal location, the price was well worth it. My husband was amazed at how great the view was. We got in 5 hours before checkin. I texted to ask if we could drop off our bags and they responded quickly that we could. We were pleasantly surprised to know that our room was ready when we got there at noon that we could go straight to our room. I’d saw for cons: we were on the 14th floor and could pretty clearly hear road noise (duh it’s NYC) but I do travel with a small white noise machine and it cleared everything out. Also the room did run a little warm. I wasn’t uncomfortable due to it still being cold out, but I would worry about the temp if it were warmer outside. This is likely also due to the room being almost solid windows and having a lot of light exposure. Overall I’d stay again for the view. "

"The property was just perfect! Near subway's, Staten Island Ferry with a view. We didn't use the store, but had breakfast on the 2nd floor. Had a great lunch! We had a grand time and the room rate was just perfect! I will recommend this property to friends and family! "
