"The lobby, stairs and hallways looked like they haven't been cleaned/vacuumed in months. The floor in our room looked the same! Our shower curtain was dirty and full of holes. Our big bath towels were dirty! Looked like grease and was thick. It was not staining. Microwave was dirty. Water pressure in shower was non-existent. Not enough hit water for decent shower. Beds were clean and comfy though. TV kept cutting out constantly so we couldn't even watch anything. It would cut out and load for 10 min at a time every 20 min or so. Air conditioner barely worked. The room was very warm and the air conditioning sucked! Pool room was extremely messy. There was a party in there when we arrived. Food on the floor everywhere! Guests in rooms close by were going in and out of the pool past 1am so doors were constantly being slammed shut! Guests loud in the hallways all night. Breakfast was very nice. Bar area was very clean. No elevator & when booking it doesn't state that anywhere. Staff was friendly. We didn't pay much for the night but even with the good price I feel it was overpriced due to how poor everything was! Very disappointed in this hotel stay and we travel a lot! "

"We stayed in the older part of the hotel. Some of the hallways really needed a good vacuum cleaning. Our rooms air was not working well at all. Room was clean, but, there looked to be a swedish fish candy stuck to the ceiling! Very strange!"

"he staff was fantastic. We were visiting for a conference held on-site and, due to severe weather—including blizzard conditions from two incoming storms—we had to change our flight home. We attempted to arrange an Uber to the airport, but just as it was scheduled to arrive, we were notified that no drivers were available. Taxi service was also unavailable, as this is a smaller town. When we asked the front desk if there were any other options, they immediately stepped in to help. Within five minutes, the Human Resources Director came out from the back office and told us he was bringing his car around to personally take us to the airport. We were genuinely surprised and incredibly grateful—it was service above and beyond anything we expected. If I ever have the opportunity to return to Stevens Point, Wisconsin, I will absolutely stay here again."

"Sleep Inn & Suites was not good. Dirty room, I don't think they ever cleaned the bathroom. Staff was using off language around my young grandson. Not professional."
