"Great location - just a short 10 minute walk to the Ku'Damm. The staff was friendly and helpful. They made sure we had everything we needed after our luggage was lost/delayed by the airline. We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment. The room was clean and cosy. The bed was very comfortable. I had the best few nights of sleep there. The bathrooms are modern and big, with a walk-in shower in one and a deep tub in the other. The kitchen has everything you need - fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, hob & oven, dishwasher, and washer/dryer combo. Loads of wardrobes and storage space. It really felt like a home away from home. The guys working in the hotel bar were great. We accidentally spilled a full drink and it was no trouble for them to make us a new one and clean up the mess. Honestly, so polite and we all had a laugh about it. Though we never had a chance to use them, we took a peek and the swimming pool and the fitness room were very nice! Very modern with excellent equipment. Also, it is easy to jump on the U-Bahn just across from the hotel. We were going to a concert at the Uber Arena and it was around a 25 minute train ride directly from the hotel. If we return to Berlin, we would happily stay at Sana again. Great value for the price. Highly recommend!"

"This hotel was good. Great central location. Walkable to most touristy places and the christmas markets. Check in was easy and smooth. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Staff were helpful and welcomed wih a hello and a smile. This is an eco friendly hotel so cleaning isnt done every day but if you request it rooms will be cleaned everyday, staff informed us of this, room signs and the info pack also tell you this. Room was spacious, if you like firm pillows ask for extra when checking in. Late checkout time was helpful along with long breakfast time. Breakfast had good selection always being replenished. "
