Booked 2 twin rooms and requested 2 single beds in both, one twin and one double, the hotel said they could not move us and offered no solution. Air conditioning did not work after letting the hotel know nothing was done about it.

The only thing I would say they need to change is soundproofing the rooms a little bit because they have great fire doors but they slam all morning long starting at like 5:00 in the morning so bring some earplugs or some headphones so that you don't wake up due to all that noise

Stick the wallpaper back on the wall & remove the blue tack. If you’re going to use as a hotel and student digs, give the room a quick lick of paint. Nice vibe in the foyer, most of the friendly. Rooms are quiet, bed was comfy.

The social hub was incredibly relaxed and the atmosphere with everyone made it feel like a summer camp of sorts. Friendly staff, clean rooms, good food, and everything you could hope for in a hotel while on a break away.

Such a lovely room and hotel. So many amenities downstairs in the lobby like gym, games, laundry area. The staff were so nice as well and it's such a bonus that we can leave our bags there for free. Bed and pillow were very cozy. Recommend.

Berlin stay

This was the perfect location, Alexanderplatz has so much to offer and so close to bus and trains to get about Berlin. We loved the vibe of the hotel, it was colourful, all the staff were friendly, so helpful and welcoming. The room was ideal for what we needed with option of using the gym and garden area with a great bar. Would definitely stay again!

A really nice, quirky hotel and (literal) social hub. Comfortable bed, plenty of storage space, a safe wet room style bathroom and Nespresso coffee. Handy for Alexanderplatz too. Would definitely stay there again.
