The room I was given was clean but the toilet seat was covered with dried pee. photo provided. You can catch serious disease through unsanitary toilets in addition it is disgusting. This is not acceptable! I had to change room dress back re pack instead of going bed and resting.

Both the breakfast buffet and the restaurant for lunch and dinner are excellent, and the bar is well stocked. The reception desk is somewhat hapless. There are two staff there, but the process of checking in is slow, especially when a flight crew or other small group shows up. When I cancelled our final breakfast the day before we left, the process was ridiculously slow and complicated. The room is pleasant looking and the bed is very comfortable. However, despite the presence of a thermostat, guests have in fact no control over temperature, which is set for the whole system. It was set very warm (22 C, 75 F), way to warm for sleeping, but we were told that the way to adjust the temperature is to open the window. That works for a while, but as the night time temperature was about 40F, we got up during the night to close it. Unfortunately the room fairly quickly became hot again, so we got up again to reopen the window. With the window closed, the hotel is very quiet, but with the window open you start hearing jets take off and land early in the morning. The hotel is very close to public transportation. It takes roughly half an hour to get downtown. In sum, plusses and minuses.

I was really disappointed with this hotel - booked for the convenience of the proximity to the airport terminal the overall look is classy and well appointed, The room has problems however - it was far too hot and the air-con was ineffectual. This meant had to open a window which halted the air con immediately. The bed had a small top mattress which made the single bed unstable and we both felt like we could fall out on the side. Finally to top it this morning there was a cockroach running around the stylish bathroom. Perhaps a little more concentration on the basics was needed. I would have complained but on leaving there was no-one around!

Our Expedia confirmed reservation was not in the hotel 's system, and after the two incompetent people at reception had wasted a lot of time, finally they brought in a manager who gave us a room. The room was spacious and pleasant and quiet but the thermostat didn't work, and although we tried to lower the temperature, it kept getting hotter and remained uncomfortably hot at night. Finally in the morning we realized that we could actually open the window. The breakfast is fabulous, with a n amazing variety of healthy food. The coffee machine makes lots of options, including hot cocoa, but not decaf. Public transport into town is easy and near.

I stayed here for one night due to a morning flight, and it was VERY convenient to the airport. It took me about 5 minutes to get from my room to the flight check-in area. Excellent breakfast! Excellent food selection and eggs/omelets cooked to order. The hotel is your typical corporate-feel airport hotel. The room itself was clean and a good size. Nice lighting options in the room. I traveled in early September, and the room was very hot. The air conditioner did not work well at all. You could slightly open the windows, but due to the hotel's proximity to the airport, it was too loud to sleep with them open. I kept hearing the jet engines on the nearby runway taking off with the windows open. With the windows closed, the noise was not an issue. There were no coffee/tea services in my room, but I did receive a complimentary bottle of water. I ate dinner at the restaurant downstairs. The food was good, but the service was very slow. Allow for substantial time. Overall, if you need a room close to the airport, this hotel is a good option. I would stay again...in a colder month.

The breakfast was great, lots of options to pick from. Staff is very helpful. The room is clean and spacious. Though they can do better with the toilet paper. The material is quite hard and rough. But overall it was still a good experience for me.
