Inside was clean. Bed was uncomfortable but still thankful it was clean. Outside looked like a ghetto back alley. Worried our car would get broken into so we kept checking in. Rooms across from us had a fire and were all burnt. Interesting experience. Staff was nice at least

The room worked fine for the overnight stay. We were primarily looking for a room with three beds. Our biggest concern was the patio doors didn't lock in either bedroom. Some little things would make a big difference such as the only mirror was in the washroom and there were no full length mirrors anywhere. There was no where to set a makeup bag in the washroom. The only cups for water were in the kitchen and there was an extra charge if we didn't want to take the time to wash them at the end of our stay.

Firstly, the staff were 10 out of 10 amazing!! We had an issue with a lightbulb being yellow and making the bathroom space VERY dark. It was promptly changed to a bright white bulb making a huge difference; it was great. Secondly, there was housekeeping during our stay. It was totally unexpected and something that was appreciated. Thank you! Thirdly, the kitchen unit was nice to have. I do travel with my own frypan and sauce pot because I never know what I'll get. Fourthly, the room had two air conditioners. One was newer and worked great but the second was an older model and wasn't efficient. The room became very warm one day because we had that one running. It was a good thing we had the curtains closed, I can't imagine how much worse it could've been. Another small issue was the toilet seat could've been a better fit for the toilet bowl; it was a little wonky. I also found the mattress on the bed a little to firm for my liking.

Excellent room and super breakfast!

The front desk person was very friendly upon our arrival. He upgraded us to a better room at no extra cost. The room had just been renovated and it was very modern and clean. The breakfast was plentiful and hot out of the kitchen. That was greatly appreciated.

Everyone that we spoke to was very polite and friendly. They were all very personable and felt more like friends or family you hadnt seen in a while. We usually like to keep to ourselves and they were very respectful of that but were always there when we needed something. Great parking. Designated smoking areas. And they were doing construction throughout our stay and it was like they werent even there. Not bothersome at all. Very clean and recently renovated rooms. Overall very nice.
