The Space:
Morning light filters through tall windows as the mountains sit quietly beyond the glass. Snow-covered peaks stretch beyond your windows as morning light fills the living space. After a day on the slopes, you sink into the private hot tub while crisp alpine air settles over the mountains. Evenings invite you indoors, where the glow of the gas fireplace and vaulted ceilings create a warm place to gather.
Set above Whistler Village in the Northern Lights neighborhood, this spacious townhouse offers both alpine quiet and easy access to the lifts - just a two-minute drive to the gondolas near the Westin Resort & Spa. Seasonal ski access is available via an intermediate trail off the Lower Olympic Run.
Living space
The main living area features floor-to-ceiling windows, a large sectional sofa, and a two-way gas fireplace that anchors the room. A wet bar with wine fridge makes après-ski drinks easy, while the dining area comfortably seats eight. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and generous counter space for preparing meals at home. A media room and separate TV room, each with soundbars, offer relaxed evenings after time outdoors.
Sleeping arrangements
The upper level hosts the primary bedroom with a king bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom featuring a glass-enclosed bathtub, overhead shower, and double vanity. A second bedroom offers a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with shower and single vanity. On the main level, the third bedroom includes two tri-bunk beds. A third full bathroom with shower is located on this level, along with a powder room and in-suite laundry downstairs.
Outdoor living
Step onto the private deck to take in mountain views or enjoy the hot tub after skiing. A BBQ is available for year-round use.

Single-car garage parking includes boot warmers for added convenience, along with high-speed wifi throughout the home.
Ski access
Seasonal ski access is available via an intermediate trail off the Lower Olympic Run. The trail ends at approximately 100 stairs that guests must descend to reach Northern Lights. Ski-out requires climbing the same stairs to reconnect with the trail. Many guests choose the quick two-minute drive to the village base for direct lift access.
Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A private garage provides parking for one vehicle. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Northern Lights is perched just above Whistler Village, offering a quiet and scenic setting with sweeping views of the valley and surrounding peaks. Guests enjoy a short walk to the village and the Valley Trail, as well as access to an intermediate-level ski-in/ski-out trail from Whistler Mountain. The location blends alpine seclusion with unbeatable proximity to dining, shopping, and lifts, making it ideal for those seeking both tranquility and convenience.

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
