The Space:
Soft morning light filters across the mountains as you step onto the balcony, the crisp alpine air meeting the warmth rising from the fireplace behind you. After a day spent carving fresh tracks, you can settle into the glow of the living area or take a soothing soak in the shared hot tub while snow settles quietly around the lodge. With ski access just beyond the building, you move easily between peaceful retreat and winter adventure.
Living space
Woodrun Lodge 402 offers an inviting place to unwind, with a gas fireplace, a comfortable seating area, and direct access to a private balcony overlooking the pool and slopes. The open layout creates a natural gathering space for sharing the day’s stories or watching the snow drift past the windows. The building provides front desk check-in, an elevator, secure ski and bike storage, and access to the pool, hot tub, gym, and free parking garage.
Kitchen and dining
The kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals after time on the mountain, with space to cook and linger without leaving the warmth of the condo. A dining table and additional breakfast bar seating make it easy to enjoy relaxed mornings or simple dinners before settling in for the night.
Sleeping arrangements
The primary bedroom features a king bed, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and a glass-enclosed Jacuzzi bathtub with an overhead rain shower. A second bedroom includes a queen bed and clothing storage. The den includes a tri-bunk bed and a small desk area. While this space is designed as a den and does not have an external window, it offers a comfortable and private sleeping space. A second bathroom includes a glass-enclosed steam shower and single vanity.
Comforts and conveniences
In-suite laundry, heating, WiFi, a dedicated workspace, and bathroom essentials support longer or slower-paced stays. A washer, dryer, hangers, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and a safe add day-to-day ease. Guests also have access to a private entrance, portable fans, a TV, and home safety features including smoke and carbon monoxide alarms.
Outdoor living and ski access
The balcony offers a natural pause between time indoors and the mountain landscape outside. Ski access to Merlin’s run sits just behind the property, placing you moments from the Blackcomb Gondola during the winter season. Outdoor amenities also include shared pool and hot tub access, along with outdoor furniture for taking in the alpine setting.
Neighborhood
Located in the Upper Village, the lodge provides a quiet base with a short walk or shuttle ride to Whistler Village. Cafés, dining, and mountain paths remain close, yet the setting feels separate enough for restful evenings by the fire.

Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the ski locker room and building amenities, including the heated outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness centre, and front desk service. The building features an elevator from the parkade for easy access. Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions prior to arrival, with keycard access provided via the front desk or lockbox for after-hours arrivals.
The Neighborhood:
The Woodrun Lodge is one of Whistler's most sought-after locations. It is conveniently located close to the lifts on Blackcomb Mountain in the Upper Village and features a pool, hot tub, and fitness facility. Enjoy the serenity of the mountains, with a short 10-minute walk, or a 5-minute free shuttle to Whistler Village. Access the ski-in/ski-out via the ski locker room to find yourself at the Blackcomb Gondola in a matter of seconds! After a day on the hill skiing, hiking or biking, enjoy a soak in one of Whistler's largest hot tubs at this four seasons property.

• Free village shuttle (Route 5) Leaving from the reception, walk for two minutes, and then turn right at the junction, you will see the shuttle stop
Other Things to Note:
• No air conditioning. Fans are provided for all bedrooms.
• The den does not have windows.
• Skis and bikes are not allowed inside individual units. Secure, shared mountain bike & ski storage available – bring your own lock.
• Maximum parking clearance is 6'8 in the underground parking. There are 3 over-height parking spots located by the cul-de-sac on Spearhead Place available on a first-come, first-serve basis. No parking pass is required as Whistler Municipality manages the spaces. You must park between the parking signs or you may be towed and/or ticketed.
