An open-plan layout creates an inviting gathering space where the living area, kitchen, and dining zone come together naturally. A stone-surround Presto log fireplace anchors the lounge, offering a cozy backdrop for unwinding after cold-weather outings. Sliding doors open to a deck with a hot tub, giving you a peaceful spot to soak and take in the winter atmosphere. The second sleeping area is a den with a king-split bed that can be arranged to suit your group. While this space is designed as a den and does not have an external window, it offers a comfortable and private sleeping space. A second bathroom includes a tub-shower combination and a double vanity.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade. • No window in the secondary bedroom. Please note there is no window in the secondary bedroom

• No in-suite laundry. Shared washer and dryer facilities are available within the building.

• Ski storage. Please be aware that the shared ski storage is in the garage. We advise you to bring your ski lock

• Stairs. Access to Hearthstone 8 from the car park is via two flights of stairs. Access from the street is via one flight of stairs

• Small oven. The oven has a relatively small capacity, and guests may not be able to cook a full turkey

• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
