"Overall a great place to stay when we come to fish Roaring River. Location is perfect and semi-secluded was a huge PLUS when we don’t want to people. Beds were originally advertised as 2 kings, they were both queens and too soft and broken down mattresses were uncomfortable, but some people like soft beds. There wasn’t a basic coffee maker so we had to go buy one. One skillet and one pot made for frequent dishes and old-school cooking skills but we made good use of the grill. We will definitely be back but a bit more prepared."

"Perfect for our little family we really enjoyed the deck and fire pit! Some breakable things around for decor, I just put those up out of my 2 year olds reach and no worries!"

"This was our first VRBO booking and I was skeptical that it would be as nice as it looked in the pictures. We were delighted to see that the interior was just as beautiful as the pictures showed. The seating was comfortable and there was plenty of it. The WiFi was strong and the Roku on the tv worked perfectly for streaming our favorite shows. The huge deck was perfect for outside cooking, and it protected us from the rain. The cabin was very private since the small cabin that shared the deck was not occupied during our visit. The only improvement we would suggest is to put a clock on the beside nightstand."

"We had a wonderful time at this VRBO. The house is even better in person! We have been to Roaring River several times, but this stay was our favorite. The location of this house is so close to the river. We were extremely impressed and will definitely be back. The host went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. We even decided to stay another night!"
