"We travelled from Canada and stayed here for a week while I underwent surgery nearby. I cannot express how thankful we are for the incredible service we received during our stay. Our experience was better than we could have ever imagined, and we are beyond appreciative of the care and kindness shown to us. The hotel manager and front desk staff consistently went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We had breakfast at the hotel every morning, and we were always greeted by the same caring and friendly lady, who made each day start on a positive note. The housekeeping staff were exceptional as well. They changed our sheets daily while we were at breakfast and even made sure everything was taken care of while I was at surgery. The entire team made us feel at home during a very stressful time in our lives. Their compassion, attention to detail, and genuine concern for our well-being meant more than words can express. We will never forget the kindness we experienced here and, once again, cannot thank the staff enough for everything they did for us. Thank you"

"We had an excellent stay here! Check-in was easy and fast, the location is excellent for what we wanted to do in St. Louis, the staff was helpful, the hotel was clean, and we enjoyed the breakfast & 5:30 Kickback as well."

"Our room was perfect, clean, and well furnished. My teens used the workout facilities and enjoyed that. We were so close to the arch, it was an easy walk. Only issue we had at all was not the fault of the property, street racing was loud and went on until 4 am both nights we stayed, along with sirens, it was not easy to rest."

"Hollywood is always a great hotel. Food pricing is pretty good too. They’ve updated the menu items at the restaurants. Ordered chicken tenders at “99” think they were $16 with fries. 5 huge tenders, saved them for later. Daiquiri’s and Dogs was good too. Chips and Cheese, they could do better but the Pink Lemonade Daiquiri was amazing. Only thing this time was called a couple of times and left the front desk messages for towels and none came also on a 5 day stay, housekeeping only came once. 4.9 stars though. First time this has happened"
