6/10 Okay

It was ok, housekeeping wasn’t really trying to clean our rooms and me and my daughter were staying at this hotel for a few months, we always had to track one down in the hallways, if not they wouldn’t knock on the doors to see if we needed fresh linen, overall the stay was just ok.

I think a lot of ppl live there. Not what I expected at all with it being so close to Westport Plaza. Really a downgrade to the area. I will say the lady at the front desk was nice and helpful. Just expected a higher quality hotel for the price.

Everything in the hotel looked old but clean. My room had a funny smell to it as if it was formerly a smoking room. The bed was comfortable, though, and I slept very well, which is what I really cared about. The staff was friendly.

The hotel advertises breakfast, but all that was offered was bad coffee, muffins, and oatmeal packets. The room was ok, and having a full kitchen was great.

I stayed for 4 nights, the room is clean with refrigerator, microwave, 2burner cook top. You can request a coffee pot, dishes and cookware. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are cereal bars, oatmeal, muffins, coffee, hot chocolate in the morning. They have an exercise room for adults. The clientele was good and never once did I feel unsafe. I will be traveling once a month and will stay there again.

I was unable to stay at this hotel and I am still trying to get a refund from Hotels.com. When I arrived, the staff told me that they had not received the booking from Hotels.com. (They admitted that they had overbooked. It was a home weekend for the Cardinals.)
