Check in after 10:00 was very difficult. I show up and there is no staff. There is a sign for a number to call. The two people ahead of me said they had been calling the number for ten minutes with no answer. I called the CheapTickets phone and they gave me a different number to call. It went to voice mail and then hung up on me. After ten more minutes, a person showed up. I was tired and now it was after 11:30 pm. The room was fine. The check in was not.
