The main living area offers an open concept and comfortable living space with endless sunlight. The spacious living room with 60” smart TV and comfortable living space opens to a gorgeous dining space and updated kitchen. The kitchen offers quartz counter tops, built-in wine fridge, gas stove, dishwasher, and all the supplies you'll need for family dinners, outdoor barbecues, and clambakes. The dining room has a beautiful new, distressed white dining table with plenty of seating and expandable leaf option. WiFi internet, cable, main floor washer/dryer, and central air conditioning (2 zones) are additional amenities that I hope will make your stay a delight!

The bedrooms have space for sleeping up to 6 comfortably. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and a single bed with plenty of storage and closet space. Bedroom 2 offers a single bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed and also plenty of storage/closet space. The two bathrooms are completely updated and luxurious.

Outdoors you'll enjoy a great distance from neighbors on all sides. The neighborhood is unexpectedly quiet day and night. There is an enclosed outdoor shower, gas grill, on-demand gas fire pit with plenty of seating. There is plenty of beach equipment available for you to use. The back yard has plenty of seating at the picnic table and patio set and the yard has plenty of space for bocce, croquet, & corn hole to help you wind down after a day at the ocean. You may also enjoy watching the osprey fly overhead with fresh caught fish and deer (if you're lucky) emerge from the conservation space that abuts the back yard just beyond the patio. An osprey has recently made the backyard tree his nighttime sleeping branch and also brings fresh fish to munch on most days late morning/early afternoon.

My West Dennis cottage is located within walking distance to South Village Beach and is very close to West Dennis Beach. Nationally recognized Mayflower and Corporation beaches are also a short drive within Dennis. The home is located just a short walk to Swan Pond River where you can paddle, kayak, canoe, paddle boat, or stand-up-paddle-board all day long from pond to ocean and back again! And your Cape vacation wouldn't be complete without a trip to Sundae School, Chapin's Fish & Chips, Swan River Seafood, Cuffy’s, and Holiday Hill mini golf! Or take a day trip on your bikes along the Cape Cod Rail Trail all the way to Coast Guard Beach in Wellfleet. All of this and more is accessible with or without a car from your luxury South Village Road retreat!
