Great staff, clean and centrally located. Affordable. One area of feedback, the mattress is very hard. We have stayed here three times this summer and each time the mattress had been very hard. I understand the need for a hard mattress for durability, however a compromise/happy medium would be GREAT!😉

I have to deduct a few stars because the cleaning service people left the door open while we were out for the day. They came in and took used towels away and left the door open. Luckily I told my wife to take all our valuables when we left for the day.

Decent for the price

Overall I would say that the stay was decent for the price point. We had some pretty loud (squeaky) and uncomfortable mattresses (double queen) and noticed that the floors were really unclean. Otherwise the room itself was clean and tidy. All linens were fine and any housekeeping staff we ran into were very friendly and sweet.

Evenings by the fire pits and grill

Our stay at Sunbird Cape Cod Resort was fantastic for the whole family. The kids loved the playground, indoor and outdoor pools, and tennis court, while we enjoyed evenings by the fire pits and grill. Mornings started perfectly with the hot buffet breakfast, which made things so easy before heading out to the beach. I highly recommend Seagul Beach which is just 3 miles away! pure white sand!
