Rooms were recently renovated and very comfortable. We had requested adjoining rooms for my family of five. When we checked in we were told the rooms were adjoining, they were not and we were unable to move to another accommodation that would allow us all to stay together. That was a definite disappointment that we had to split up our family.

Family-friendly, lots of activities, including free smores around the fire pits at night, and the water park was great for kids. Only complaint is that food and drinks were expensive but just okay. Great place to stay but recommend eating off property.

The resort was incredibly clean, which is a major requirement for choosing a hotel. Also, the attention to detail regarding decor in each guest room and all around the resort was next level and very fun. My one negative was there was no clear signage for the fitness center which was difficult to find and we had to ask several staff how to find it. Overall, great place.

Could not open closet to put suitcases away. Error message on thermostat. Brunch food was awful. Coffee grounds in coffee. Service in restaurant was slow. Food came out very slowly. Part of order was forgotten.

Frustrated guest

Indoor pools/kids pool was very cold for our grandchild to be in. Asked the supervisor twice about the temperature and nothing was done about it. Pool remained too cold to enter for our whole stay there (3 days). We were also told we could not enter any of the pools without a child safety device on the baby yet we saw several other parents holding their infants in the pools. Very unfair to not allow us to be in pool without a device but others were ok and lifeguards did not say anything to them. We have decided not to revisit this hotel in the future since the cost of using the water park - which we could not use with a baby and frustration of what happened is not worth our stay. We will not recommend this hotel to our family/friends with under 1 years olds.
