Curtain was torn, the shade pull was ripped out of the wall, and the walpaper was peeling apart. Fumes from the pool chlorine were strong! "The heater is set to never go above 74, if you use the thermostat to set it to 78 the fan goes on but the room never heats up. I had to sleep in pants and a sweater. All rooms are this way, booked here about 5 times because its the best location for me but at this point I'm fed up being cold. The room service just barged in an hour before checkout while I was putting my pants on. "
