Very loud due to multiple bars and clubs right out side the hotel but that’s the only negative. It’s in a good location, with a lot to do around, which is why it’s loud in the area. Place is very nice and clean. Great security and easy to find parking.

Nice, but Noisy!

Location is great, close to Yale, restaurants, and shopping. Onsite parking is reasonable and convenient. BE WARNED: If you’re staying on a Friday or Saturday night, it is very noisy from the restaurants directly across the street. It was hard to sleep with the yelling, and the motorcycles and cars revving their engines well past 2:00 a.m.

I wish I would’ve known that the hotel sits along and extremely noisy strip of bars. Honking cars and all kinds of shouting and crowd noise into the early morning made trying to sleep here unpleasant. The staff was friendly though it seemed like the reception was understaffed. It took a while for us to be buzzed in from the parking garage which was unpleasant late at night.

Staff was amazing, from the lobby staff to the housekeeping and wonderful in room dining. Unfortunately I had a fall in front of the hotel, quite loud as I injured both knees and ankles, however no staff 😟came to assist me, despite having dropped all my packages and bloodied my knees. Please ask staff to pay attention to guests around the hotel environs.

One of the worst experiences I have had at a hotel that is supposed to be a good hotel. They knowingly rent out a room that has a broken AC unit as we got into town late. It was acting up as soon as we got into the room and was set to 64F and only making room 73F and later that night got up to 79F. The next day the AC all together stopped working. They sent a repairman who said the FAN in the unit is broken and that it needs to be replaced and that it will work temporarily. It worked for a couple of hours but it then stopped and we got another room. I asked for the manager but They never returned my calls after asking for them to return my call 5 times. They then rented out the very same room to another couple who we happened to meet while at their bar . They shared their experience with us and found out that they had moved into the very same room the very same that we moved out of the room 614. To them the manager pretended they didn’t have a room but eventually gave in .,they just didn’t want to give up their higher priced higher room. This hotels practices are immoral and would not recommend anyone to stay there.
