"I stayed with my daughter at Hyatt House Tallahassee Capitol from August 16 through August 25, and we had a very positive experience. One highlight of my stay was the hotel staff. Everyone I interacted with was consistently friendly, courteous, respectful, and willing to assist whenever needed. Their professionalism and warm attitude made me feel welcome throughout my entire stay. Good customer service can make a big difference when you're away from home for several days, and I truly appreciated how I was treated. The hotel also has an excellent, convenient location. It makes getting around Tallahassee easy, whether you are driving or prefer to walk. Restaurants, a supermarket, a gas station, and other useful places are nearby, which was especially convenient during an extended stay. The location let me take care of many everyday needs without driving everywhere. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained when I arrived, which gave me a very good first impression. I also appreciated the Hyatt House amenities, especially for a longer stay. Overall, my experience was very pleasant. I would gladly consider staying at Hyatt House Tallahassee again and would recommend it to others visiting the area."
