The rooms were dirty and the sheets were with spots. We manage to use that ones that ee have on our trip because it look bad. We needed to sleep so we stay that night but i was about to leave for another hotel. The bathroom shower did not work well, this was a nightmare.

Nice room. Room keys kept failing. The first two did not open room. 2nd floor room at the end of the hall. Carried bags up, back and up again before I got access. Room was fine, although the curtain was torn

A little disappointed upon Check-in that my daughter was not able to check into the room as her name did not show on the reservation. Booked through Expedia and her information is clearly visible on the information that I received. Not impressed with the property at all. Front desk staff was pleasant and assist with getting her check into the room after my daughter phoned me.

It needs to be updated. The property is very old and outdated those rooms also not being cleaned correctly . And having issues with the TV and some channels are not working correctly and Internet as well and also one of the employees are rude to me for no reason at the front desk and I feel disrespectful with my disability who’s been judgmental towards me and I feel really uncomfortable and it needs to be better and be kind with others as well and needs to be improvement seriously and with the staff again everybody needs to be kind with the guest always!

We were looking forward to a swim after traveling up from Orlando, but when we arrived we learned that the pool was closed! Please let guests know ahead of time, so we can change hotels, when one of your amenities is unavailable to the guests. Also, one of the two elevators was out of service, which is unacceptable. Only one elevator in service for the entire hotel is unsafe. My husband used to work in Facilities Management. The front desk staff at check in were excellent!
