Lovely clean hotel before making the reservation I spoke with a rservation rep and told her to connect me to hotel directly.........I was unable to locate phone# .....she informed me that she could help I asked if any of the king rooms had hand held showers "yes a lot of king rooms have hand held showers" so I went ahead and made the reservation upon check in I was informed that the only rooms with hand held showers were handicapped rooms and there were none available I told her that rep told me " a lot of king rooms have the hand helds" she informed me that I should have asked to be connected to front desk.....I had!! she apologized and said she was unable to give me any credit on my bill as it had been prepaid again she apologized this young lady didnt know of any restaurants that I had read about in the hotel description hotel "too close to the interstate" overall very nice stay but I will think twice about making any further reservations with Expedia

I have stayed in two Drury Plaza hotels and this one was excellent. The breakfast is delicious, the drink options were good( I like cola personally). The free dinner was pulled pork sliders and baked beans and slaw. The free dinner. The room accommodations were excellent.
