"Nice stay! Old Florida hotel. Owners have done a good job with decor and it felt very retro but had all amenities in the room you needed. Only issue was TV. While tv was nice, there were no instructions on how to navigate channels, etc. And once we hit enough buttons, found channel we wanted but no sound. Disappointing. But room clean, comfy, and all we needed."

"We were there for my birthday and our experience was a pleasant one. We were able to walk to restaurants near by which we're very good. The beach was so calming and peaceful after the tide went out. The breakfast was prepared for you after making your selections, you simply Went down to pick it up, different but cool. I would say be prepared to climb the stairs if you're on the 2nd or 3rd floors. That was a drawback for my husband but not a deal breaker. The rooms all faced the ocean which was awesome! We will be back!"

"The home is gorgeous and the views are amazing. The bottom floor is very musty smelling. There were broken chairs on the porch and it could stand to be painted on the inside. None of that would keep me from going back, however they request you keep the ac at 74 deg. That is entirely to hot. They should invest in a new ac unit so as not to threaten a renter to pay for a service call if the ac freezes up. It made it difficult to sleep."

"This was a great spot! Close to the beach and downtown st. Augustine. The house had everything we needed! Cooking, bath supplies, clean sheets, and everything was easy to find. Crystal was very communicative and made the whole process super smooth!"
